Under the Sharia, marriage is the only legal bond for a man and a woman to form a family<\/strong>. The man and woman must be legally married to each other to get legal recognition for their child. The Abu Dhabi new family law applies to non-Muslim couples and unmarried Muslims from non Muslims countries. According to this law <\/a> couples <\/strong>can register their baby regardless of how and when the mother got pregnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
